Job Description
We're looking for a Creator + UGC Performance Manager to lead creator strategy and content planning with a performance mindset. You'll work closely with paid media, social, and product teams to scale content that not only looks great but also converts.
Requirements
- Proven experience sourcing, managing, and executing creator-driven content (UGC)
- Strong creative instincts
- History of working with creators in a performance-focused context
- Comfortable writing clear content briefs and performance expectations
- Experience negotiating deliverables and usage rights
- Knowledge of performance metrics and how they influence creative decisions
