Affiliate / UGC Strategist

We’re looking for a Creator + UGC Performance Manager to lead creator strategy, sourcing, and content planning with a performance mindset. This role involves creating thoughtful, conversion-driven UGC briefs, sourcing and vetting creators, managing outreach and contracts, and aligning content to performance metrics.

Requirements

• Proven experience sourcing, managing, and executing creator-driven content (UGC)
• Strong creative instincts — you get what works on TikTok, Meta, and emerging platforms
• History of working with creators in a performance-focused context
• Comfortable writing clear content briefs and performance expectations
• Experience negotiating deliverables and usage rights
• Knowledge of performance metrics and how they influence creative decisions
