Job Description
We’re seeking a strategic Amazon Brand Manager to lead our brand presence and growth on Amazon. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll own brand strategy, drive marketing initiatives, and ensure Stylia Beauty’s voice stands out in the competitive Amazon marketplace.
Requirements
- Experience: 4+ years managing Amazon FBA brand growth, ideally in beauty, wellness, or consumer goods.
- Proven expertise in brand strategy, advertising (sponsored ads/DSP), promotions, and content optimization.
- Experience managing and mentoring virtual teams.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Amazon tools (DataDive, Helium 10, Brand Analytics, Scale Insights, etc.).
- Ability to translate data into actionable strategies that grow sales and brand equity.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with influencer/affiliate partnerships on Amazon is a plus.
