The Data Specialist will be responsible for architecting, building, and scaling the organization's end-to-end data ecosystem. This is a foundational role for a fast-growing, omnichannel consumer business where data is central to strategy, execution, and decision-making.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in analytics, data strategy, or data leadership, with recent experience owning or leading a data function.
- Strong background in DTC, ecommerce, and/or omnichannel retail analytics.
- Proven track record of transforming organizations into data-driven cultures.
- Deep expertise in marketing analytics, attribution, incrementality testing, MMM, and performance measurement.
- Experience building and managing modern data infrastructure, including pipelines, transformations, and analytics layers.
- Strong understanding of data integration across ecommerce platforms, fulfillment partners, and operational systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and partner across executive, marketing, operations, and finance teams.
- Comfortable balancing high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
