As the Director of Growth Marketing, EMEA, you will lead the regional growth strategy across all acquisition and retention levers, driving sustainable revenue growth and customer lifetime value across multiple European markets.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing within DTC, eCommerce, consumer goods, or agency environments.
- Proven experience scaling brands across multiple EMEA markets.
- Strong leadership mindset with a hands-on, execution-focused approach.
- Deep expertise across paid media, CRM, retention, affiliates, organic and earned social.
- Advanced analytical skills, including attribution, cohort analysis, and LTV modeling.
- Experience managing seven-figure marketing budgets with clear revenue and profitability impact.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, bridging data, creativity, and strategy.
- Fluency in English and German; additional European languages are a plus.
- Passion for food, cooking, and the culture that surrounds it is a strong advantage.
