The Head of Engineering will lead the technical organization and drive the evolution of the company’s eCommerce and digital platform ecosystem.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 5+ years in engineering leadership or management
• Strong technical expertise in cloud-native development, microservices, and web and mobile application frameworks
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps principles
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
• Demonstrated success scaling engineering teams in high-growth environments
