Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 5+ years in engineering leadership or management
• Strong technical expertise in cloud-native development, microservices, web and mobile application frameworks, API design, and data flows
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps principles
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
