Email Marketing Specialist for fast-growing social-first creative agency, Pophaus, to own email and SMS execution across multiple client accounts, with responsibilities including campaign and lifecycle flow execution, segmentation, and performance analysis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in email marketing
• Strong proficiency with Klaviyo
• Hands-on experience with SMS marketing
• Direct experience managing email marketing for e-commerce or DTC brands
• Strong understanding of segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and retention strategy
• Deep knowledge of email marketing metrics and analytics
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Ability to manage multiple accounts independently
