Our client is looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to own email and SMS execution across multiple client accounts. In this role, you will build, launch, optimize, and report on campaigns and lifecycle flows while contributing to retention growth, LTV improvement, and revenue performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in email marketing
- Strong proficiency with Klaviyo
- Hands-on experience with SMS marketing
- Direct experience managing email marketing for e-commerce or DTC brands
- Strong understanding of segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and retention strategy
- Deep knowledge of email marketing metrics and analytics
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple accounts independently
