Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative role
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and communication tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work
