Requirements

• 3-5 years in growth, lifecycle, or retention marketing at a startup or marketplace
• Hands-on builder who creates and ships email sequences themselves
• Technically competent with analytics tools and building dashboards
• Operator mentality with ability to move fast and operate well with ambiguity
