Growth & Lifecycle Marketer

We are a mentorship marketplace connecting consumer brand founders with top operators, founders, and executives. This is our first marketing hire, which means real ownership from day one and a ton of low-hanging fruit.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years in growth, lifecycle, or retention marketing at a startup or marketplace
• Hands-on builder — you create and ship email sequences yourself, not spec them for someone else
• Technically competent and comfortable with analytics tools and building dashboards
• Experience in e-commerce, education/info products, or community business models is a plus
• Operator mentality — you move fast, operate well with ambiguity, and get things done
