We are seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to own and optimize the full people operations function within a fast-growing organization. This role will be responsible for building scalable HR systems and processes while supporting a high-performance, people-first culture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or HR Management
- Hands-on experience across payroll, HRIS, recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience supporting fast-growing organizations, preferably in eCommerce, beauty, or consumer brands
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
