HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to own and optimize the full people operations function within a fast-growing organization. The ideal candidate has experience supporting growing teams and can balance structure with flexibility in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or HR Management
• Hands-on experience across payroll, HRIS, recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Experience supporting fast-growing organizations, preferably in eCommerce, beauty, or consumer brands
