Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Specialist role
- Strong experience supporting remote and international teams
- Solid understanding of HR operations, contracts, and compliance for contractors
- Experience working with HRIS tools and documentation systems
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment
- Comfortable partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams
- Experience in tech, SaaS, or e-commerce environments is a strong plus
