HR Specialist

HR Specialist required for remote position supporting day-to-day HR operations and ensuring employees have a smooth experience throughout the full employee lifecycle.

Requirements

• 2+ years of HR support, HR operations, or people operations experience
• Experience using HRIS platforms such as BambooHR, ADP, Gusto, Zenefits, or similar systems
• Familiarity with U.S. labor law compliance
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and HR reporting tools
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
