HR Specialist

We’re hiring an organized and people-focused HR Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations and ensure employees have a smooth experience throughout the full employee lifecycle. This role plays a critical part in onboarding and offboarding, HR compliance, payroll coordination, HRIS management, employee support, and operational HR execution.

Requirements

• 2+ years of HR support, HR operations, or people operations experience
• Experience using HRIS platforms such as: BambooHR, ADP, Gusto, Zenefits, or similar systems
• Familiarity with U.S. labor law compliance
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Proficiency with: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and HR reporting tools
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
