HR Specialist

HR Specialist role involves supporting day-to-day HR operations, ensuring employees have a smooth experience throughout the full employee lifecycle, and maintaining HR processes accurate, compliant, and efficient.

Requirements

• 2+ years of HR support, HR operations, or people operations experience
• Experience using HRIS platforms such as: BambooHR, ADP, Gusto, Zenefits, or similar systems
• Familiarity with U.S. labor law compliance
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Proficiency with: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and HR reporting tools
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
