Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email/SMS marketing, or retention marketing
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Klaviyo, Postscript, or Attentive
- Prior experience in DTC subscription-based businesses is a strong plus
- Deep understanding of segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation
- Analytical mindset—you know how to turn data into decisions
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally under tight timelines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills—you can confidently collaborate with creatives to bring ideas to life
