We're looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own our email and SMS channels, driving retention, engagement, and growth. The role involves creating strategic briefs for copywriting and design teams, monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics, and leading A/B testing and optimization.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email/SMS marketing, or retention marketing.
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Klaviyo, Postscript, or Attentive.
- Prior experience in DTC subscription-based businesses is a strong plus.
- Deep understanding of segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation.
- Analytical mindset—you know how to turn data into decisions.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally under tight timelines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills—you can confidently collaborate with creatives to bring ideas to life.
