Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimize paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms. In this role, you’ll handle day-to-day campaign execution, performance monitoring, and creative testing to ensure efficiency and growth.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in paid social media advertising
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Pinterest Business, and programmatic display platforms
- Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize campaigns for performance metrics
- Knowledge of tracking pixels, conversion events, attribution models, and iOS 14.5+ privacy changes
- Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with ability to identify trends and optimization opportunities
