We’re helping our client, a premium nutritional wellness company, find a Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimize paid social campaigns across various platforms. In this role, you’ll handle day-to-day campaign execution, performance monitoring, and creative testing to ensure efficiency and growth.
Requirements
- +4 years of experience in paid social media advertising, preferably for DTC brands
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Pinterest Business, and programmatic display platforms
- Experience with influencer and publisher allowlisting processes and content amplification
- Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize campaigns for performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates)
- Knowledge of tracking pixels, conversion events, attribution models, and iOS 14.5+ privacy changes
- Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
- Experience with YouTube Brand Connect and YouTube advertising ecosystem (preferred)
- Understanding of landing page optimization and testing methodologies
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with ability to identify trends and optimization opportunities
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
