Requirements
- 2+ years of design experience with a portfolio that includes paid social/digital creative
- Ability to photograph and shoot video, and strong retouching and video capabilities
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a solid understanding of digital design systems and production workflows
- Strong command of typography, layout, composition, and detail
- Familiarity with performance marketing goals and an interest in designing work that evolves through iteration and results
- Ability to take creative direction and apply feedback quickly and thoughtfully. Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
