Podcast Operations

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Podcast Operations & Guest Manager to own the day-to-day operations of a fast-growing neuroscience podcast.

Requirements

• Proven experience in podcast operations, production, or a similar content operations role
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts and tight deadlines
• Strong research skills with the ability to synthesize information into clear outlines
• Self-starter who anticipates needs and acts proactively
• Time zone flexibility to coordinate with US-based and international guests
