Retention Strategist role at a leading global consumer brand that drives customer retention and increases lifetime value through high-impact email and lifecycle marketing strategies.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, retention, or lifecycle marketing within DTC, eCommerce, or performance-driven environments.
- Experience working with international markets and/or multilingual campaigns.
- Proficiency in tools such as Klaviyo, Braze, Iterable, or similar email platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Looker, or BI platforms.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, segmentation, and automation workflows.
- Understanding of retention metrics including CLV, churn rate, repeat purchase rate.
- Strong copywriting and creative direction skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- A love for food and cooking—culinary experience is a plus.
