Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our dynamic Finance and Accounting team.
Requirements
- Experience with Shopify bank reconciliations, cleanup and A/R related tasks
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or a related role
- Strong proficiency in preparing journal entries and maintaining general ledgers
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data analysis tools
- Experience with NetSuite, Tipalti, or Navan preferred, but not required
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
