Staff Accountant

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our dynamic Finance and Accounting team. In this role, you will take ownership of key accounting functions—from Accounts Receivable and reconciliations to journal entries and month-end close.

Requirements

• Experience with Shopify bank reconciliations, cleanup and A/R related tasks.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in preparing journal entries and maintaining general ledgers.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data analysis tools.
• Experience with NetSuite, Tipalti, or Navan preferred, but not required.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
