We’re helping our client find a Talent Sourcer to support their recruitment efforts by identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent across a variety of roles. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building strong talent pipelines, conducting market research, and executing proactive outreach strategies.
Requirements
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other platforms
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct market mapping and candidate research to identify relevant profiles
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage potential candidates
- Pre-screen candidates to assess qualifications and interest
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Track sourcing activity and candidate engagement in ATS and sourcing tools
- Maintain organized and up-to-date candidate records and pipelines
- Continuously explore new sourcing strategies, tools, and platforms
