Satisfaction Research Center Associate - Idaho & Utah

Conduct phone surveys with home care recipients, family members, and caregivers, accurately documenting their feedback and delivering it to home care providers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior customer service or call center experience preferred but not required
• Ability to type 40 words per minute
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Comfortable having conversations over the phone for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and time management skills
• Ability to complete and pass required training
