Senior Manager, Digital and Social Media

We are seeking a dynamic digital leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and a deep understanding of youth culture and digital engagement. The Senior Manager, Digital & Social Media serves as the strategic lead for Active Minds' digital presence, responsible for developing and executing high-impact social media and digital strategies that inspire, engage, and mobilize teens and young adults to become mental health champions.

Requirements

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media and digital engagement strategy aligned to organizational priorities
• Partner with internal teams to ensure digital strategy supports the organization mission, programs, partnerships, and fundraising initiatives
• Design and implement integrated digital campaigns (paid and organic) that move audiences from awareness to participation and advocacy
• Develop and manage content calendars aligned to campaign priorities and audience needs
• Develop audience targeting strategies and channel plans to maximize reach and engagement
• Identify emerging platforms, trends, and cultural moments to ensure Active Minds remains relevant to youth and young adults
