Job Description
As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will lead the onboarding process for new customers in the LATAM market, working closely with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of ActiveCampaign's marketing automation platform. The role requires a strategic architect mindset, exceptional project management skills, and a customer-outcome obsession. The ideal candidate will have experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or consultative customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of driving early customer value.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or consultative customer-facing roles
- Native Spanish (written and spoken) is required to effectively lead consultations across our diverse LATAM and global customer base
- Experience with Marketing or Sales Automation platforms (ActiveCampaign preferred; HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar tools are highly valued)
- Familiarity with the WhatsApp and Meta ecosystem and platforms (Wati, Blip, HyperFlow, Manychat, etc.)
- An 'AI-Forward' mindset, with comfort using AI tools to streamline daily workflows and a passion for helping customers adopt new technology
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of accounts while maintaining a consultative, solution-oriented approach
- A customer-outcome obsession, with the talent to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for business owners and marketers
