Account Manager - West, Academia & Institutions

Actylis is a leading manufacturer and supplier of critical raw materials and performance ingredients serving the Life Sciences, Specialty Chemicals, and Agriscience industries. The position is responsible to generate demand for Specialty Lab Chemicals products focused on Academia, Government Institutions and Hospitals segment.

Requirements

• Drive sales of company’s lab chemical products
• Develop and grow commercial relationships with assigned customers
• Update customer data in CRM and submit activity and results reports
• Manage existing accounts and identify market opportunities
• Collate market feedback on competitors’ activities
• Meet existing and potential clients and build positive relationships
• Effectively manage the channel partner network
• Resolve customer complaints within set timelines
