Job Description
Account Manager role for a fast-growing ecommerce technology company, managing merchant success, retention, and revenue growth.
Requirements
- Experience in account management, customer success, or partnerships within SaaS or ecommerce
- Strong understanding of ecommerce metrics such as conversion rate, AOV, retention, and revenue growth
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into clear, actionable recommendations
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving processes
Benefits
- Base salary: $90,000 to $115,000
- $60,000 Bonus/commissions for Account Managers
