The Account Manager role involves driving SaaS revenue growth through proactive customer engagement and leveraging product knowledge to identify upsell opportunities and mitigate churn.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a proactive commercial-centric role, ideally in a B2B setting.
- Prior experience with upselling products and product features to existing clients.
- Fluent in both German (C2) and English (C1).
- Customer obsessed - empathetic with customer needs and delivering a flawless experience.
- Commercially minded - demonstrating continuous value to customers.
- Clear communicator - able to communicate complex topics clearly and concisely.
- Analytical mindset - able to prioritize customers, solve problems, and identify opportunities.
