Job Description
FTAPI is seeking an Account Manager to manage customer relationships, generate pipeline, and convert opportunities into revenue. The role involves reporting KPIs, collaborating with internal teams, and sharing best practices. The ideal candidate will have sales experience, CRM proficiency (Salesforce), technical aptitude, and excellent German language skills.
Requirements
- Completed a degree or a commercial apprenticeship
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in German-speaking sales or a similar field (SaaS)
- Experience in using a CRM system (ideally Salesforce)
- Technically minded with a passion for digitization, compliance and IT security
- Very good German skills (min. C1)
