Engineering Manager, Adoption and Value Realization

We are looking for a strongly technical and empathetic engineering leader to lead our Adoption and Value Realization team, focused on driving meaningful user engagement with our existing product functionality and ensuring customers realize clear, demonstrable value from AcuityMD.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a professional software engineer
• 3+ years of experience as a deeply-technical engineering manager
• Experience leading complex technical projects
• Proven track record of architecting, building, and delivering software
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
• Experience working on growth, adoption, activation, or engagement-focused product teams
• Comfort operating in metrics-driven environments with clear ownership over behavioral and usage outcomes
