Enrollment Specialist

We are seeking an Enrollment Specialist to guide clients through the enrollment process for our services, ensuring they receive the support they need to navigate our financial products.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant experience in customer service or enrollment support
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Experience in a healthcare or social services environment is a plus
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a compassionate approach to client interactions
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
