The Ad Council is seeking a Creative Director to lead concept development and creative execution across design, copy, and video, produced by the internal Creative Studio. This role partners closely with designers, editors, copywriters, producers, and account teams to deliver high-quality creative across 360 campaigns, branded content, and internal initiatives.
Requirements
- 8+ years creative experience, with experience leading teams across design, copy, video, and integrated campaign development
- Experience in advertising or design agencies, film/production studios, broadcast, or entertainment
- Strong creative portfolio demonstrating work across full 360 campaign ecosystems (design, print, copywriting, social, video, broadcast, digital, branded & internal)
- Previous experience producing social/digital, branded creative work, both internal and campaign-facing
- A collaborative leader with proven ability to motivate design teams to generate exceptional executions
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate creative ideas and concepts
- Deep connections within the creative community
- Highly organized, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple ongoing projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; effective working both independently and collaboratively
