Part-Time Director of Contemporary Worship Ministry at Church of the Good Shepherd

The Director of Contemporary Worship Ministry plays a pivotal role in shaping, managing, and coordinating all aspects of the Contemporary Worship Service at Church of the Good Shepherd.

Requirements

• Strong Christian faith and a commitment to teaching others about Jesus Christ.
• Bachelor's degree in music or equivalent experience, along with 3–5 years of experience leading contemporary worship.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, and ministry leaders to achieve the worship ministry's goals.
• Strong organizational discipline, communication skills, and the ability to manage workflow efficiently.
