Job Description
Lead and oversee daily operations of all marinas and public marine assets in Abu Dhabi, ensuring alignment with AD Ports Group’s operational standards and strategic objectives. Manage the customer service department and foster a customer-centric culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the marine or hospitality industry
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth
