Job Description
Quality Engineer will be the primary quality focal for one or more product lines and various quality functions, interpreting customer drawings and specifications and assuring systems compliance. The individual will lead problem solving, establish training, and develop quality plans with the Product Group Manager. The role requires a thorough understanding of Quality systems such as AS9100D /ISO: 9001:2015 and experience in problem solving techniques like 5 Why, FMEA, Control Plan, 8D, and Fishbone Analysis.
Requirements
- BS degree in technical or engineering discipline
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience in the Quality Assurance/Quality Control field
- ASQ Certifications (CQE, CSSBB etc.) preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills; both written and verbal
