We are seeking a Sales Engineer to lead sales efforts in the Americas region, responsible for managing and growing key OEM accounts, expanding our presence with Airlines and MROs, and driving new business growth.
Requirements
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve bookings and revenue targets
- Engage with Airlines, MROs, OEMs, and key sub-tier suppliers to identify and address technical challenges
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and collaborate with internal engineering teams to develop innovative solutions
- Provide technical guidance on product capabilities, applications, and integration
- Manage and expand relationships with key industry players in the assigned region
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements to drive strategic sales initiatives
- Represent Adams Rite Aerospace at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
- Travel and/or meet with customers within the assigned region (60% or more)
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- To conform to U.S. export control regulations, applicant should be eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government
