Job Description
Associate Manager - Operations MIS & Documentation responsible for supervising day-to-day stevedoring activities, ensuring cargo handling is safe and efficient. Key accountabilities include customer satisfaction, data entry accuracy, quality and safety management, documentation cell activities, and timely processing of vendor/contractor bills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 8-10 years of experience in operations, documentation, and MIS management
- Strong knowledge of quality, health, safety, and environment management systems
- Proficiency in APMS, IPOS, SAP, and Mercury
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
