Job Description
Head the technical authority and SME for all wet infrastructure and Infra MEP design decisions, and develop strategic design plans aligned with company objectives and project requirements.
Requirements
- Act as technical authority and SME for all wet infrastructure and Infra MEP design decisions
- Develop and implement strategic design plans
- Head conceptualization, detailed design, and engineering of all wet systems and MEP
- Oversee and review all wet design drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical reports
- Drive adoption of new technologies, sustainable design practices, and energy-efficient solutions
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and value engineering
- Collaborate with Master planner and other engineering disciplines
- Represent company in discussions with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities
- Ensure all wet designs comply with local statutory regulations, codes, and permitting requirements
