Manager - Sales & Marketing

Manager - Sales & Marketing is responsible for identifying key business opportunities, developing new customer and sectors, and achieving target revenues. They also work closely with the Sales Head to drive growth, product development, and geographical spread, and ensure proper training and mentoring of team members.

• Identifying key business opportunities in the domestic segment.
• Development of new customer and sectors for domestic business.
• Achieving target revenues & optimizing sales effort.
• Maintaining long-term relationship with old and current customers to generate additional revenue for the organization.
• Identifying and enlarging Targeted Customer Base and Industry.
• Working closely with the Sales Head to drive the organizations growth, product development and geographical spread.
• Developing strong customer relationships through regular visits or timely response to their queries.
• Participating in identifying corporate sales planning and strategies.
• Conducting basic marketplace intelligence and research to map business potential of existing customers as well as identify new customers.
• Ensuring Proper training, mentoring, coaching is given to the team members thereby contributing to the organizational success.
• Coordinating with Team Members.
