Job Description
The Senior Manager - Quality Project Mechanical is responsible for coordinating and guiding team members, providing support to the QA Team, and reviewing quality documents. The role requires coordination with internal and external customers, conducting inspections and vendor assessments, and reviewing MIS reports. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for employee development and team orientation, with a focus on entrepreneurial mind-set, innovation, and stakeholder partnering.
Requirements
- Co-ordinate and guide all team members working under him
- Provide support to QA Team
- Develop and review SQPs, SFQPs and RQPs
- Develop and strengthen knowledge base of SQA and or FQA team
- Co-ordination with Internal and External customers
- Review monthly/weekly MIS reports of QA area
- Carryout inspection and vendor assessment
- Arrange inspection of equipment/entity of Projects
- Review and approval of all quality documents submitted by Supplier/ contractor
- Carry out Construction/ store audit
- Review and approval of deviation in SQP / SFQP
- Review QA requirements for all packages and equipment for projects
- Dispose of all minor and critical deviations observed in any equipment/entity during inspection
