Job Description
ADAPT Community Network seeks a Case Manager - Manhattan (ASL-Speaking Required) to develop and implement Individualized Service Plans for people with developmental disabilities. The successful candidate will provide case management services, determine individual aptitudes, interests, and preferences, and coordinate services.
Requirements
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Ability to speak American Sign Language (ASL) fluently
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in the use of a personal computer and knowledge of appropriate software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Ability to work flexible hours
