Job Description
ADAPT Community Network provides support to individuals with developmental disabilities. The Role of Direct Support Professional requires a caring individual to provide individualized care, promote independence, and create a homelike atmosphere within residential facilities. This role involves daily tasks like personal support, safety management, and assisting with daily living.
Requirements
- Valid New York State Driver’s License
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze problems and determine corrective measures
