Job Description
ADAPT Community Network, formerly United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) of NYC, is seeking a Direct Support Professional for evening hours at a residential facility. This role involves providing care and development to individuals with developmental disabilities, fostering independence, and promoting safety and well-being. The position emphasizes a homelike atmosphere and creates a supportive environment for residents. ADAPT values diversity and inclusion.
Requirements
- Valid New York State Driver’s License
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
