Job Description
ADAPT Community Network is seeking a Direct Support Professional for their overnight residential facilities. This role focuses on providing care and development to individuals with developmental disabilities, fostering dignity, and promoting independence. The position requires a commitment to creating a homelike atmosphere, maintaining safety, and assisting with daily living activities. Requirements
- Valid New York State Driver’s License
- High School Diploma or GED
- Six months of related experience (preferred)
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze problems and determine corrective measures
